The VS 300 vertical jig was commissioned on September 27, 2003, at Adolf Behrends Sandgruben in Eisinghausener Str. 185, 26789 Leer, and cleans 50 t/h of 0-8 mm organic matter, sedimentable components, clay lumps, agglomerates, and excess fine sand. Loading is carried out by a wheel loader, and the machine’s discharge is fed into a bucket wheel.

The total energy requirement of the system, including water pump, bucket wheel, compressed air and conveyor belts, is 80 kW.
