Vertical Jig
A system with frequency sorting and controlled upstream water for several sorting and classifying tasks
in particle sizes up to 32 mm for a range of applications
Areas of application
- Removal of coal and wood in sand and gravel
- Separation of limestone from sand
- Separation of lightweight rock, loam and clay from gravel
- Recovery of metals from shredder fine fraction from 0 to 16 mm
- Metal extraction from sand
- Separation of slag residues from fine iron from 0 to 10 mm
- Classification in the fine grain range of quartz and other materials
- Crushed sand removal
- Separation of light waste from mixed construction waste including gypsum and tar paper
- Processing of RDF (replacement fuels) and their precursors with separation of metals, glass and minerals
- Treatment of minerals from sewage treatment plants
- Fines recovery from cyclone underflows
- Selective comminution
- Attrition with integrated countercurrent washing
- Processing of street sweepings, sewer sand, grinding dust and blasting material
2 standard installation sizes
- VS 300 solid feed from 20 to 70 t/h, max. grain size 32 mm
- VS 500 solid feed from 50 to 150 t/h, max. grain size 32 mm
To make sure to construct the right system version for a special task, there are several options to check:
- The mini-test-unit mbb 1 to check out if the material can be separated. For this min. 12l mixture will be necessary, grain size max. 8 mm (Costs: 1600.- Euro per test day)
- Mobile test units mbb 2 and mbb 8 are available for renting
Visits and experiments are possible.
There is a documentary about the machines mbb 1, mbb 2 and mbb 3 (click on link to view).
